Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@carlexie.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
3. Ship items to our return address with tracking

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exceptions

• Final sale items cannot be returned (marked as such on product pages)
• Custom or personalized items
• Items with signs of use or wear
